What a Session Includes:
I offer a variety of services either in person or by distance depending on your needs.  Each session is unique and tailored to you, depending on the challenges you are currently facing.  

Intuitive Energy Healing or in a Reiki session we would discuss what issues you would like to address.   I would then have you lay down and relax while I begin the treatment.  I do not place my hands directly on you, instead they are about 4 inches above your body, as I clear non-beneficial energy and rebalance various energy centres called chakras.  Soft music will be playing and depending on what you would like, I can walk you through what I am doing, passing along any messages from your angels and guides.  Or you are welcome to just relax and enjoy the music as I silently direct healing energy.  You may feel a little tingling, or warmth, as the energy moves through the body.  Sometimes emotions may be brought to the surface, this is normal, just another way of the body releasing stress or trauma.  At the end of the session I provide suggestions to help continue the healing process and can clarify any questions you may have. 

Modern Energy Tapping is another service I offer.  For this treatment we would sit facing one another as I walk you through different tapping points on your upper body and hands.  You would be tapping these points on yourself, just following my lead.  This is a wonderful technique to move intrusive thoughts and emotions out of the energy body.  Instead they are replaced with positive and energizing alternatives.  This is a powerful tool that you can learn and continue to practice at home.
 
Distance Healing is just as effective as in person sessions, however you have the convenience of staying in the comfort of your home.  A time would be agreed upon where healing energy would be sent to you, the only requirement is that you are able to relax with no interruptions.   During the session you can either choose to connect by phone or wait until after the treatment is done and receive an email or phone call with the details of what energy blockages were cleared away, and insights into how to move forward.

Home and Space Clearing is another service I offer.  This one I only do by distance so I can be completely focused on clearing dense negative energy out of the space.  If you are interested in this service please call to discuss what you are experiencing.
